Hassan Mela joined USALCO as Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. He leads the company's financial strategy, capital structures, processes, and controls to support growth and ROI goals.
Formerly, Hassan was Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, and Interim Group CFO at Nouryon. He also held senior finance roles at Honeywell, including VP, Global Controller, and CFO of the Performance Materials and Technologies division. Earlier, he managed external reporting and financial integration at Honeywell as Corporate Assistant Controller.
Hassan started his career at Deloitte as a senior manager in the Industrials practice. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Information Systems from Michigan State University. Hassan is a CPA and a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.
