Jason James
Jason James joined USALCO® as its Chief Operating Officer in February 2021. Jason will lead and be responsible for the implementing the company’s industry leading manufacturing and work processes, cost controls, productivity optimization and revenue maximization – all while ensuring our employees and the surrounding communities are safe. In addition to these duties, Jason is a member of USALCO’s Board of Directors.
Jason is recognized as a leader of large cross functional teams that execute complex supply chain initiatives, programs, efficient portfolio management, and effective organizational design. As a multifaceted Executive Supply Chain and Engineering leader, he excels at transforming, creating, and leading organizations with complex supply chain networks with an extensive portfolio of new product introductions, EPC projects and lean manufacturing productivity initiatives.
Prior to joining USALCO, Jason served for over a decade in several leadership roles at Honeywell, including as Vice President – Global Supply Chain and Vice President of Engineering and Functional Excellence at Honeywell. These leadership position exposed Jason to international market supply chains and programs. During his time at Honeywell, Jason lived in and traveled extensively throughout China and the Far East. In addition to his leadership roles at Honeywell, Jason has also held several engineering and execution leadership positions at other companies, including Covanta, Linde, and BOC South Pacific. Jason also proudly served as a Sergeant in Special Operations for the United States Marine Corps. Jason is also a former member of the Board of Directors of HarbisonWalker International. He holds an MBA, a master’s degree in Science, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, all from Stevens Institute of Technology.
